Test Technician

Job Function

  • Setup and tear down test fixtures per supplied documentation
  • Perform tests, programming or calibration of components and / or circuit assemblies
  • Trouble shoot assemblies down to component level
  • Record test results and test data accurately if specified by the Customer
  • Record all test activities in the Intranet (i.e. FPY, Test Defect Entry, Production Test Database and Customer Return Database)
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Responsible for accuracy and quality of own work
  • Adhere to Company Policies
  • Perform other related duties as instructed

Job Qualifications Requirements:

  • Ability to follow Manager’s/Supervisor’s Instruction
  • Ability to Communicate well with Manager/Supervisor/Customer
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Ability to utilize DMM, Oscilloscope, power supply and continuity tester
  • Familiarity of AC and DC circuits

Manager, Computer & I.T.

Job Function

  • To manage multiple computer and IT related projects
  • Experience in embedded systems design (Firmware, Software, Hardware)
  • To derive architecture definition, detailed design, design analysis using formal methods & complete hardware development cycle
  • Work collaboratively to create system architecture and establish feasibility and performance requirements.
  • Development of mixed signal, high speed board design in embedded domain
  • Shall be able to set & manage customer expectations
  • Manage firmware, software and hardware teams.
  • Adhere to Company Policies
  • Perform other related duties as instructed

Job Qualifications Requirements:

  • Master Degree in Computer, IT or related fields
  • Minimum 5 yrs. of managing 10+ engineers
  • Experience in embedded systems design (Firmware, Software, Hardware)
  • Experience in mixed signal and high speed board designing
  • Knowledge of various tools like ALTIUM, ORCAD, EAGLE, PCADS, ALLEGRO, PADS, etc. required.
  • Ability to utilize DMM, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Logic analyzer etc
  • Organizational Skills

Quality Technician


Job Function

  • Inspection of incoming and outgoing products using measuring equipment
  • Perform first article inspection on new or revised product (FAIR process)
  • Document and log nonconformance’s
  • Ability to work with hand held gauges such as calipers, micrometers and pin gauges
  • Review and Process customer returns (RMA’s)
  • Assist in determining root cause for nonconformities detected
  • Assist in Internal Audits
  • Adhere to Company Policies
  • Perform other related duties as instructed

Job Qualifications Requirements:

  • Familiarity with IPC for electronic assemblies
  • Ability to follow Manager’s Instruction
  • Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
